The history of olive growing on the island of Brač is illustrated in the Museum, as well as the entire traditional process of olive oil, consisting of eel, eel, old water, and all the traditional tools used for transport, production and storage of olive oil oils.
The full display of the traditional manufacturing process is complemented by sculptures by mag. sculptor Dijana Martinić and the paintings by the academic painter Hane-Marta Jurčević Bulić, who shows in an interesting way the workers in the oil mills.
